Can I return the product after delivery?
If order item is edible product then No. Since our products are edible pet food items, we do not accept returns once the order is delivered for safety and hygiene reasons.
Why are edible items non-returnable?
To ensure the health and safety of pets, we cannot restock or resell opened or delivered food products.
When am I eligible for a refund?
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement only if:

- You received the wrong product
- The product is missing from your order
What proof is required for refund requests?
